Been spending time visiting family, and friends. The good thing about been semi with in driving distance is family and friends..the bad thing is family and friends..lol.. However, I'm so happy that I'm near that words can not express how exciting it is!! So you know I've been bitten by the driving bug and will drive down to see them with no hesitation. Now I need to do is find a job, re enroll in school, learn the area and established my foot prints here!! Because If i don't I'll be on the road traveling visiting friends and family!!Can't enjoy my new home if I'm not ever in it.rotfl.. For all the miles not put on my car when we was living in WA,I'll be making up for it since been relocated.
Update:5 k Wounded Warrior Run.
My Bff and I did complete the Wounded Warrior 5 k run. This was my first offical 5k run and my bff second. The weather was WA state perfect although we was running in GA. We drove up that friday and spent the night at her parents. Woke up early Saturday morning and we was off to pick up our bib. She was nervous, i was excited. My only concern was considering that I run faster than her, should i just enjoy the run and not worry about my time, run my pace while leaving her behind or just run her pace so that I can push her and encourage her? Although it was hard , I ran her pace, pushed her and encourage.I looked at it as no women left behind mentailty So I just enjoyed the view and ran at her pace. I know I could've killed it under 34 mins! But at the end I help encourage and motivated my bff while running for a great cause!
Here I am at the starting point! Garmin (checked), Ipod (checked),Ready, excited and motivated (checked)!
My Bff Connie! She has really been on top of her game with getting healthy and lossing weight. I'm so proud of her. She's keeping me on top of my toes, especially since I've gotten her into running! Although She always calling me her workout bully!

| Connie and I bringing it in strong! |
We were almost near the finished line and some how she manage to dig deep!!! Our pace picked up and we finished strong. Determine, Focus and pushing it!!!

Sometimes making yourself " JUST DO IT " it is all the motivation you'll every need to make it happen! This statement reflect what was going on in this pic. I was soo proud of her because she step up and pushed herself.

Here we are at the finished line! Our time was 45:34 with a 14:42/M pace. She is motivate to get to a 11 mile pace and have told me she's coming after me. So that means I have to get to a 9 mile pace..what did you think I was going to make it easy for her? Of course not!!!lol We are only making each other better while preserving our sexy!
Until next time, Preserving the sexy, and increasing my miles because every mile is magical!
